Welcome to Angling Only Guide Service. My main goal is to provide an outstanding experience for the day. Target the species you want, on the lake(s) you want, and do it with the technique you want. This simple approach is what I have done over the past 30 years while recreational fishing. My specialty is Lake Michigan out of Sheboygan WI but I will also guide Lake Winnebago or other inland lakes in the area. A "great day of fishing" is defined very differently by different people. I'm here to help you have your "great day of fishing.

I've had a passion for fishing since I was a small child. I grew up mostly fishing for panfish and bass on small lakes by my parents cabin in Lakewood, WI as well as fishing for carp, chubs, and bullhead in the local mill pond. As I got older, I fished several bass circuits and open tournaments throughout WI. Even though I had a fair amount of success, I got out of tourney bass fishing for a while to focus on other species and more "fun fishing". A few years later, in 2012, I was missing some competitive fishing, so I started the Generations Lanes Multi Species Fishing League. Those tournaments have been a perfect mix of competition, education, and fun. I've been very successful in those, largely due to the flexibility needed to be successful on various lakes for various species.

In 2016, I started fishing the entire circuit of the National Walleye Tour as a co angler. In my 16 tournaments on the NWT over 4 years, I have 3 top 10 finishes and have cashed 7 checks. I'd love to share with you the experience and knowledge I have gained while fishing with over 30 different pros and prefishing with the likes of legendary anglers Ted Takasaki, Mark Martin, Brian Bashore, Randy Hummel, Brandon Ruffalo, and Dan Stier. The last several years, I've fished one National Walleye Tour event a year as a Pro. Finishing 19th out of 144 in 2023 on Lake Winnebago.

Since 2021, Ive focused mostly on Salmon out of Sheboygan. Running approx 50 trips a year, as well as taking 9 weeks total in 2023 & 2024 to guide for Salmon in Alaska on the Nushagak River at Alaska Salmon Camp for Kent Anderson. For 2025, Im looking forward to building on an incredible 2024 Lake Michigan Salmon and Trout season aboard my new to me 28' Baja Cruiser set up specifically for salmon. Easily accommodating 4 to 6 customers.
